| The Liberation Treatment is a potentially ground breaking discovery
for the treatment of Multiple Sclerosis, thanks to the research of Dr Paolo
Zamboni and his team. For the last 200 years no one could say for sure
what causes MS , some drugs can stop the progression for some patients
for a limited amount of years and then they keep on getting worse
with irreversible nerve damage.
There is no cure. Dr.Zamboni may have found the cause and a possible way to at least stop the progression of the nerve degeneration. This would be CCSVI (Chronic cerebrospinal venous insufficiency) which simply put is a narrowing of veins which prohibits the flow of blood from the brain, and in turn causes a toxic environment causing damage. CCSVI has only been found in MS patients, research centers around the world are testing MS patients to see if this is indeed a fact. Vascular doctors have now classified CCSVI, as congenital- and preceding MS lesions. Experts from 47 countries have studied the evidence and unanimously voted in favour of officially including the stenosing lesions found in CCSVI in the new Consensus document and Guidelines. Congenital means a person is born with this defect and if only found in MS patients then CCSVI is the cause of MS !The Liberation treatment repairs the blockages similar to opening blocked arteries in heart patients. You can see why we who have MS are so excited! But there is no time to waste. MS is unpredictable and any relapse
or progression could leave permanent damage! That is why we want to have
diagnostic equipment and medical staff in Nova Scotia since it has
the highest rates of MS in the world. When this treatment is approved
by the medical community and sanctioned by our provincial government, we
will be ready to stop MS in it’s tracks!
